I am behind on my school updates, but I will have to address that later. It is such a beautiful day here that we enjoyed a summer picnic for lunch. Mark grilled and everyone enjoyed a "Burgers and Beers" lunch. Now, I need to tell you that last Friday we took a field trip to the FX Matt Brewery in Utica and saw how they made beer (we just finished talking about prohibition, speakeasy, bootlegger, etc.). After the tour we got to sample their products (the non-alcoholic varieties, of course). Anyway, so the boys chose to have Saranac Root Beer for lunch and it was delicious!
